The details you write in the form are used only to get back to you. They are not sold, not passed on for anyone else's use, and deleted after three years.

2 · What we collect, and why
Through the "Talk to Us" form and the contact page you give us your name and phone number, and if you choose to, your company, email and message. Stored with them are the time you wrote, the site language, the page you wrote from, and where you came from (the site or campaign that linked to us, if any).
We use these details because you asked us to get back to you, and for nothing else. We will not send you marketing email or add you to a mailing list.
You are under no legal obligation to give us these details; it is up to you. Without a name and phone number we cannot get back to you through the form, but you can always reach us directly by email or WhatsApp.
3 · Where the details are kept, and who sees them
The details are stored in a spreadsheet on Google's services and sent as a notification to our business mailbox. Google and Microsoft act for us only as service providers, and their servers may be outside Israel. Only the people at Compass BI who answer inquiries handle the details.
We do not sell the details or pass them to anyone else, unless the law requires us to.
4 · How long we keep them
Inquiries are kept for up to three years and then deleted.
5 · Your rights
You may see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Write to sales@compassbi.co.il and we will handle it. If you do not get an answer, you can turn to Israel's Privacy Protection Authority.
6 · What is stored in your browser
The site does not use cookies. To understand how many people visit and which pages they read, we use Plausible Analytics: it sets no cookies, does not follow you across sites and does not store your IP address - it only counts visits. The data is stored in the European Union. Two things are stored in your browser, and they are never sent to us: the language you chose and, if you paused the animations, that choice too. While you browse, the site also remembers where you came from until you close the tab; it reaches us only if you send an inquiry.
As with any website, the hosting server may log technical data such as your IP address and browser type, for security and operation.
7 · Links to other services
The WhatsApp link takes you to WhatsApp, where Meta's privacy policy applies.
8 · For readers in the EU and the UK
The legal basis for using these details is your request that we get back to you, and our legitimate interest in answering it. On top of the rights above, you may complain to the data protection authority in your country.
9 · Updates
If this policy changes, the new version will appear here with a new date.
